almond milk
I wouldn't go unsweetended, but unflavored's ok.

chia seed
Ground.

Tbsps
instant coffee
1/4
cup
protein powder
2
Tbsps
sugar-free vanilla syrup
Instructions:
Add ice, ground chia, instant coffee, protein powder, almond milk, and sugar-free syrup to your blender and blend until smooth. Grab a straw!
