Watergate salad

Servings: Serves about six people


Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:
  • 20 oz canned crushed pineapple packed in juice.
  • 3 1/2 oz instant pistachio pudding (one small box, unprepared)
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup minature marshmallows
  • 8 oz non-dairy whipped topping (That's one tub. Make sure it ain't frozen)


  • Instructions: Stir together pineapple, pudding mix, pecans and marshmallows until integrated. Fold in whipped topping. For the best that food chemistry has to offer, chill for about an hour before serving.
