Servings: Makes about a cup.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander ground
  • 1/4 tsp ancho chile powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1/8 tsp True Lime (That's one packet.)
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp cilantro Fresh minced (Use half if it's the dried stuff.)
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup strained or Greek-style plain yogurt (You'll need ~ 3/4 cup to begin with if straining your own)

  • Instructions:

Whisk the spices, seasonings and cilantro into the cider vinegar and honey. Let rest for 15 minutes to allow it all to hydrate. Whisk in mayo and yogurt. Chill until ready to serve.

    Notes:

That prep time is all wait time. You'll really only have your hand on this stuff for about 5 minutes. We're also assuming that you've already got your yogurt strained, otherwise you can tack on at least another 3 hours.
