Single-Serving Pumpkin Oatmeal with Raisins and Nuts

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2
cup
old-fashioned oats
1/4
cup
prepared pumpkin
(Roasted fresh or canned; whatever you can get.)
1
Tbsp
raisins
1
Tbsp
pecans
Chopped.
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Ground [fresh].
1/8
tsp
clove
Ground
2
Tbsps
sweetened condensed milk
1
cup
water
(8 fl. oz.)
2
Tbsps
plain low-fat yogurt
Heaping.
Instructions:
To a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl, add oats, pumpkin, raisins, pecans, salt, cinnamon, clove, sweetened condensed milk, and water. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until oats are tender. Give it all a stir and let rest for 2 minutes to thicken. Top with plain yogurt, and get your grub on.
