Leftover turkey salad

Ingredients:

extra-virgin olive oil

horseradish

Dijon mustard

tsp
kosher salt

corainder
ground
1/4
tsp
celery seed
1/4
tsp
black pepper
fresh-ground
1/2
cup
low-fat mayonaise
1/2
cup
low-fat yogurt
(plain)

Tbsp
roasted & salted sunflower nuts
(that's the shelled achene)

Tbsp
dried cranberries
2
Tbsp
red onion
minced fine
1/2
cup
Swiss cheese
grated (about 1 oz)
2/3
cup
celery
ribs & tops, chopped
2
cups
cooked turkey breast
chopped (about 8 oz)
Instructions: Whisk together olive oil, horseradish, mustard, salt, coriander, celery seed, pepper, mayo and yogurt. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Notes: A few hours in the fridge are optional, but will help the flavors mingle.
