Garlic Chips
Source: Original Recipe adapted from Life's Ambrosia
Servings: Preparation is for a 9-10 oz bag of chips. If that happens to only serve one, I won't judge.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

Tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
10
cloves
garlic
minced (about a bulb's worth).
1/2
cup
Italian parsley
minced
9
oz
thick-cut (kettle-style) potato chips
Plain-ol' salted will do. (That's about one medium-sized bag)
Instructions: Add oil and garlic to a cool pan. Heat on medium for 7-10 minutes stirring often, until the garlic just begins to brown. Toss chips with the garlic oil and parsley. Serve immediately. Repeat.
