Dead-Simple Veggie Dip

Servings: Makes about a cup.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:

tsp
Kosher salt
3
tsp
salt-free seasoning blend
Mrs. Dash, or the like
1
Tbsp
lemon juice
1
Tbsp
rice wine vinegar
1/4
cup
reduced-fat mayo
3/4
cup
plain yogurt
strained if you've got time (see notes)
Instructions: Combine salt, seasoning lemon juice & vinegar in a bowl. Let stand to hydrate for at least 5 minutes (10 would be better). Whisk in mayo & yogurt. Let sit in the fridge at least 3 hours before serving; overnight would be better.
Notes: To strain yogurt, put a coffee filter in a wire strainer. Add the yogurt & set the apparatus over a bowl in the fridge for 3-5 hrs.
